Starting a regular exercise program is key to staying healthy and protecting your joints. Physical activity can also delay or even prevent the diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Follow these tips to help jump-start your exercise program.

Tip #1 – Stretching

A quality exercise program involves stretching before and after your primary for of activity. This give you time to slowly warm-up and cool down the body. Stretch can include breathing deeply as you hold postures, touching your toes standing or seated, and taking deep lunges. Tip #2 Cardio Exercise

Always being mindful and aware of your physical limitations, moderate aerobic exercise is the heart of staying healthy. Simple cardio exercises can include walking, swimming, bicycling, jogging, or dancing for at lease 30-60 minutes per day.

Tip #3 Nutrition
