Berry Beet Smoothie
- 1/2 c. Vanilla yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 c. Fresh or frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 c. Cooked beets
Banana Orange Delight
- 1/4 c. Plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 c. Cooked Carrots
Green Slime
- 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. Fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 c. Spinach leaves, packed.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately or chill. The mixture can also be frozen into popsicles.
