Community Mourns Loss of National Champion for Woman's Bleeding Disorders

Our community has lost a national champion for women’s bleeding disorders, Anna DeSimone.
Anna, a resident of New Jersey and former board member of HFA, was one of the first to help drive awareness, educate and help correctly diagnose, manage, and treat women with bleeding disorders. She will be deeply missed.
