URGENT! Urge Congress to sign the HELP Copays Bipartisan Letter!

Ask your House member to sign the Dear Colleague Letter for HELP Copays before October 28!

Bleeding Disorders Community: It’s time to act fast. We need to reach every House of Representative Office in Washington DC this week with an urgent ask: Please sign the Bipartisan HELP Copays Letter by 10/28 to protect patients like us!

The House HELP Copays Act bipartisan champions are leading a Congressional sign-on letter to the “tri-agencies” – the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury – asking them to do their part to protect patients from harmful insurance loopholes. The tri-agencies have the power to release the promised rule closing the loophole of essential health benefits (EHBs) for health insurance plans that are regulated at the federal level (aka ERISA plans). But we need House members from both sides of the aisle to sign on and ask them to do it.
