Isometric Exercises and Gentle Movement
Join us for in January to learn how to move your muscles while being gentle on your joints. Nancy Durben, a Physical Therapist at Oregon Health and Sciences University, will lead attendees through gentle movements that you can do every day.
In this interactive session, Nancy will lecture and demonstrate movement as she introduces isometric exercises. This is a great way to educate yourself on how to make movement part of your daily routine. As Nancy likes to say, “Motion is lotion!”
