Hemophilia Federation of America is a national nonprofit organization that assists, educates and advocates for the bleeding disorders community.
I think that is really great that the time that you can stay on your parents plan until your 26. It鈥檚 a good way to decrease stress and allow for young adults to have more time to learn about different insurance plans that will work best for them. Healthcare.gov is also a really good source that seems to help people with bleeding disorders. I think the products episode was a really good source for somebody who is new to insurance. It was nicely laid out with discussions on what to avoid and where to start looking.
