Interactive Bleeding Disorders Camp Directory

In 1969, the first hemophilia summer camp was formed in Michigan called, Camp Bold Eagle. 45 years later, many other camps have been created for kids with bleeding disorders and their siblings to promote independence, leadership skills, all while fostering camaraderie with others in a secure and safe environment.

Many parents say that allowing their children to attend camp was one of the best decisions they ever made. Summer camp encourages children to take ownership of their condition by learning how to self-infuse, and provides them the tools to emerge as a stronger and more self-reliant individual.

Use our interactive map to find the nearest summer camp specializing in programming for children, teens, and families with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.
