While HFA quickly changed the direction of its annual Symposium in 2020 to a virtual conference instead of an in-person event due to COVID-19 state restrictions, we knew it was still important to showcase the research taking place in the bleeding disorders community. Sharing research with the community helps patients to better understand why researchers gather data and what those findings mean to the community. It also helps to encourage patients and their families to participate in future research. In 2020, our online Symposium featured a virtual room where researchers could display their findings and chat with attendees. Below are the posters featured at the 2020 Virtual Symposium.
