Since 2007, HFA has provided a safe space for adult men with bleeding disorders (ages 18+) to meet and connect from across the country. In this private format, men with bleeding disorders can share their experiences and learn from each other. Blood Brotherhood is a vast network of men who educate, support, and challenge each other as they strive to live healthier lives.

Blood Brotherhood serves males, non-binary, and transgender men in the bleeding disorders community. We highlight current issues, talk about treatments and therapies, and advocate for representation in research.

Learning Central

Learning Central is your first stop for Bleeding Disorders education. Whether newly diagnosed or a long-time member of our community, there’s something for everyone. Stay in shape both mentally and physically by taking courses at your own pace, whether it is a course on mental health, joint health or something more scientific.

Online Community

Living with a bleeding disorder can feel isolating—but you don’t have to do it alone when you can be part of HFA’s Blood Brotherhood online community.

Whether it’s support, shared experiences, advocacy, or simply knowing you’re not alone, let’s discuss it in the weekly Blood Brotherhood Chats—an exclusive, safe, supportive space to connect.

How it works

1. Log on to Learning Central, then click Sign Up or Sign In (you’ll land on an Adobe login page). We use Adobe Learning Manager, so if you use Adobe products, simply log in to your Adobe account.
2. If you do not use Adobe products or have not joined Learning Central yet, please create an account.
3. Once in Learning Central, click on Community Chats. If you have not yet joined the online community, you may not see the chats, so simply click the link below to get to the private Blood Brotherhood community.
4. Contact our team with questions or if you need help logging in.
