Volunteer of the Year, 2020 | Tracy Cleghorn

Each year Hemophilia Federation of America honors the service of special individuals who have gone above and beyond in support of the bleeding disorders community. HFA’s 2020 awards were presented during a virtual ceremony on Aug. 25, 2020. HFA celebrates these individuals.

Tracy Cleghorn

Volunteer of the Year

The Staff at HFA looks forward to presenting this award each year to recognize remarkable volunteerism with HFA and for the bleeding disorders community. Our choice this year is a person who has always found ways to lead.
At HFA, Tracy Cleghorn, is one of the first people to volunteer to help. As Tracy transitioned from Board Chair, she found other ways to lead. She continues to serve the community through her work on the Symposium Committee from 2019 to 2020, Governance Committee, and CEO Search Committee, among others. Her time, her efforts and her visible leadership do not go unnoticed. HFA and the bleeding disorders community are stronger as a result of Tracy’s consistent style, passion and leadership!
The staff had a couple direct comments about Tracy…
Tracy has been such a great part of the HFA Team. She has participated in most of the Gears for Good bike rides and is a wonderful champion for HFA.
She’s always willing to help out and overall is just very level-headed. Her input is always appreciated.
