Summer 2022 is gearing up to be an exciting time here at HFA for young adults and college students in our bleeding disorders community. We will be kicking off the summer in Washington, DC with a 10-week paid internship for two eligible college students and ending the summer with an exciting Young Adult Advocacy Summit from July 21 to 23.

Summer Internship

We will select two (2) interns to work with our Policy & Government Affairs team from June to August. Applicants must be 18 years or older and enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university. HFA will take care of housing expenses and provide a stipend for living expenses.

Young Adult Advocacy Summit

We have limited spots available for this year’s Summit, so apply now! Learn, network, and connect with other young adults in the bleeding disorders community in person once again. HFA provides a safe and supportive environment for participants to develop advocacy skills, build coalitions, and learn leadership skills through interactive training with our staff and other experts in healthcare, advocacy, and communications. All the expenses will be paid for eligible attendees.
