Qualified applicants must be a person with an inherited bleeding disorder who is a legal resident of Minnesota and South Dakota, and/or a patient of one of HFMD鈥檚 affiliated Hemophilia Treatment Centers in these states. The HFMD Scholarship must be used to pursue a course of post-secondary education.

The completed scholarship application, letters of recommendation, and transcripts must be received by HFMD no later than June l, 2018 to be considered for the following academic year.
