Cynthia Cross

Manager, Services

Cynthia is part of the Services team at HFA, where she processes Helping Hands applications and works on building the Helping Forward program to ensure the best support is being provided to the bleeding disorder community.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is currently obtaining her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Before joining HFA, Cynthia worked as a case manager for children and families impacted by brain injuries and as a fourth-grade teacher.

On the weekends, Cynthia can be found reading, going on walks with her husband and dog, or traveling.
