Janet Chupka, RN BSN

Director of Engagement & Community Health Outcomes

Janet has served the bleeding disorders community for over 10 years in a variety of roles at HFA including Programs Director, Research Director, Principal Investigator for both CDC and PCORI projects, and in her current role as the Director of Engagement and Community Health Outcomes.

Janet has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and prior to her career at HFA, worked as a clinical and administrative RN in Community Health, Geriatrics, and Urgent Care.

Janet and her husband John live in Nashotah, Wisconsin and have 3 adult children. In her free time, Janet enjoys listening to music, cooking, and walking. She has recently become interested in deer shed hunting and is excited to continue adding to her collection!
