With an emphasis on collaboration, and education, Ray has worked throughout his career to connect organizations interested in improving public health.
Ray brings a proven track record in planning, leading and carrying out successful education and advocacy issue campaigns at the local, state and federal levels. Ray is driven by his passion for making a difference in the lives of others, speaking up for those who cannot speak for themselves and teaching those who can, to use their voice.
Ray and his family live in the Raleigh, NC area. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth and High School football.
