Tracy has more than 20 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and running the front office. She makes sure that the office and office staff have everything they need to run smoothly and efficiently while always maintaining excellent customer service, courtesy, and professionalism.

Tracy came to HFA as recently as 2022 and is the Office Manager of the DC Office. If you call our office, you’ll most likely be able to say hello to Tracy.
