Cashew Cardamom Balls

        based on a recipe from mindbodygreen
        Ingredients:
        1 cup lightly toasted cashew pieces
        ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
        1 cup finely chopped dates
        Finely grated peel of ½ orange
        1 cup unsweetened coconut
        Directions:

        1. Toast the coconut in a small heavy skillet over low heat, stir-
        ring often until it is golden and fragrant. Let cool.
        2. Place the cashews and half the coconut in the food proces-
        then roll one-inch balls in the remaining coconut until coated.  SIGN UP
