Polish those boots and toss on your hat — it’s time to saddle up and head to Texas
for #HFA2021! We’re bringing the largest patient-focused conference in the bleeding
disorders community to the Lonestar state in the culturally-rich city of San Antonio.
We’re planning to be able to meet safely in person, but, especially after the success
of our 2020 virtual Symposium, our team is exploring ways to ensure Symposium’s
content and offerings can be accessed by everyone who wants it in-person and
virtually. We’ve got some good things up our sleeves; stay tuned!
