I would like to express my gratitude to the Hemophilia Federation of America and its donors for this scholarship. It is inspiring that there are people such as yourselves that want to invest in my success. The honor of this award validates years of hard work and motivates me to continue on my educational journey. This scholarship helps me complete the goal of my immediate future, which is to graduate with a joint MD and MPH. I then hope to continue into a career of infectious disease prevention and treatment for communities with limited access to healthcare.
