The "YouToons" explain health care reform

The Kaiser Family Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on health policy issues, recently released a video featuring cartoon characters explaining the new health care law.  In a short 9-minute video, the YouToons explain “problems with the current health care system, the changes that are happening now, and the big changes coming in 2014”.
